河南科技大学（简称河科大，英文简称：HAUST）坐落于“千年帝都，牡丹花城”、中原城市群副中心城市—洛阳，是国家国防科技工业局与河南省人民政府共建高校、全国深化创新创业教育改革示范高校、国家知识产权试点高校、国家级专业技术人员继续教育基地、教育部首批高等学校科技成果转化和技术转移基地、河南省重点建设的三所高水平综合性大学之一。在艾瑞深中国校友会网公布的2022中国大学排名中位列全国第94位，居河南高校第3位；在美国期刊信息分析平台Scimago发布的2018年世界大学排名中，位列内地高校第120名，居河南高校第3位。学校现有工程学、材料科学、临床医学、农业科学、植物与动物学等5个学科进入ESI全球前1%，3个学科成为国家国防特色学科，3个学科入选河南省特色骨干学科建设学科（群），28个省级一级重点学科。河南科技大学是学校是教育部首批认定有条件接收外国留学生的高校，与俄、美、英、法、澳等国家200余所高水平大学和科研机构开展合作与交流，招收来自20个国家的学历本科留学生、研究生留学生。

河南科技大学商学院的前身是创建于1983年的洛阳工学院工业管理工程系，1994年组建工商学院，2002年更名为经济与管理学院，2009年成立管理学院。学院为中国物流学会优秀产学研基地，设有本科专业6个，双学位专业1个，一级学术学位硕士点2个，二级学科硕士点7个，专业学位硕士点5个，管理科学与工程一级博士授权点。其中一级学科管理科学与工程为河南省重点学科，市场营销本科专业为河南省特色专业，电子商务国家一流本科专业和工商管理、旅游管理省级一流本科专业等教学资源。河南科技大学MBA教育中心设在商学院。

Henan University of Science and Technology (HAUST) is located in Luoyang, well-known as the thousand-year ancient capital and the peony flower city, which is also the sub-center of the city cluster in central plains of China. HAUST is a model university of Deepening Educational Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a national-level Continuing Education Base for Professional and Technical Personnel, the first rank of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation and Technologies Transfer Bases accredited by the Ministry of Education. It’s also one of the three key comprehensive universities in the high-level construction project of Henan Province. In 2022, HAUST ranked 94th among Chinese universities and 3rd in Henan universities by Airuishen Alumni Network. In the 2018 World University ranking released by Scimago, an American journal information analysis platform, it ranked 120th in mainland universities and 3rd in Henan universities. So far there are 31 schools offering 100 undergraduate programs in 11 disciplines that comprise science, engineering, agronomy, medicine, economics, management, literature, law, history, art and pedagogy, among which there are 8 first-level disciplines offering doctoral programs, and 3 post-doctoral research stations and also 41 first-level disciplines offering master’s degree programs. Five disciplines, including engineering, materials science, clinic medicine, agronomy, and botany & zoology, ranked in ESI’s global top 1%. The university is granted 15 national and provincial designated programs, 13 pilot projects on programs reform, 3 disciplines on Provincial Key Discipline Construction Project and 28 provincial first-level disciplines. The university was one of the first universities recognized by the Ministry of Education to enroll international students. It has carried out exchanges and cooperation with more than 200 international universities and institutions in the countries including USA, UK, Russia, Canada, and Australia. Overseas undergraduates, graduates, and language students from 20 countries have enrolled at the university.

The predecessor of the school of business of Henan University of Science and Technology is the department of industrial management engineering of Luoyang Institute of Technology, which was founded in 1983. The school of business was established in 1994, renamed the school of economics and management in 2002, and the school of management was established in 2009. The college is an excellent industry university research base of China logistics society, with 6 undergraduate majors, 1 double degree major, 2 master's programs of first-class academic degree, 7 master's programs of second-class discipline, 5 Master's programs of professional degree, and first-class doctoral authorization programs of management science and engineering. Among them, the first-class discipline management science and engineering is the key discipline of Henan Province, the undergraduate major of marketing is the characteristic specialty of Henan Province, the national first-class undergraduate major of e-commerce and the provincial first-class undergraduate major of business administration and tourism management. 二、申请条件

1. 学生要求

具有从小学到本科阶段完整的学习经历，并取得本国教育部认证的学士学位。

2. 学历要求

学士学位或同等学历（达到与大学本科毕业生同等学历的人）。

3. 年龄要求

不超过40周岁。

Application Requirements

1. Student requirements

Have complete learning experience from primary school to undergraduate, and obtain a bachelor's degree certified by the Ministry of Education of the applicant's home country.

2. Educational requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (people with the same degree as undergraduate graduates).

三、资格要求及审查

1. 基本要求

申请者须身心健康，无传染性疾病和精神疾病既往病史，在本国有完整的学习经历和工作经历，品行良好，无犯罪记录。愿意了解中国历史文化，遵守中国政府的法律、法规及学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。

2. 身份资格审查

申请者须为持有效外国护照的非中国籍公民。中国公民移民外国后申请以外国留学生身份来华留学者，必须持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。申请者相关信息经洛阳市公安局出入境管理支队审核确认后才可以进入录取环节。

Qualification requirements and review

2. Identity qualification review

Applicants must be a non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passports. After emigrating to foreign countries, Chinese citizens who apply to study in China as foreign students must hold valid foreign passports or nationality certificates for more than 4 years, And there are records of actual residence abroad for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (before April 30 of the enrollment year) (the actual residence abroad for more than 9 months in a year can be calculated as a year, subject to the entry and exit signatures and seals). Only after the relevant information of the applicant has been reviewed and confirmed by the Exit-Entry Management Detachment of Luoyang Public Security Bureau can they enter the admission process.

四、经济保证审核

申请入学的留学生需要提供经济保证证明或个人银行资金证明（5000美金以上，如果是父母做担保，需要提供父母与学生的关系证明）。学校将按照审慎、尽职原则对经济保证证明进行审核。

Financial Assurance Review

International students applying for admission need to provide proof of financial guarantee or proof of personal bank funds (more than 5,000 US dollars, if the parent is the guarantee, the relationship between the parent and the student needs to be provided). The school will review the financial guarantee certificate in accordance with the principle of prudence and due diligence.

1．《河南科技大学外国留学生入学申请表》，本人签字、贴2寸照片。

2．个人陈述（600字以上）。

3．学士学位证明。

4．本科期间完整的成绩单。

5．两位副教授或相应职称以上的学者的推荐信（需写明推荐人电话及email地址）。

6．4张本人近期2寸免冠照片。

7．护照照片页、签证页或居留许可页的复印件（报名时须出示原件）。

8．无犯罪记录证明。

9．外国人体格检查记录。

10．存款证明。

11. HSK成绩证明（HSK4 级或以上）。

2. Personal statement (600 words or more).

六、录取及报到程序

1. 学校国际学生招生工作领导小组按照明确规范的程序和规则，根据入学考试或考核成绩，综合考虑国家重要和社会公共利益，决定学生录取结果，并对招生录取结果进行公示，公示结束后由河南科技大学国际合作与交流处书面通知留学生录取结果。

2. 学校对招生录取工作中的重要亊项进行书面记录和妥善存档。

3. 经审查合格后，学校发出入学通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202

或JW201）。

4. 被录取学生持《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202或JW201）、《外国人体格检查记录》、《血液化验报告》等以及签证所需的其它材料前往中国驻所在国使（领）馆办理来华学习（X1/X2）签证，在抵达中国后30 天内需要到留学生办公室将X1/X2签证转换成学习的居留许可。

5. 中国教育部规定，来华留学生必须购买中国境内的医疗保险。对于没有购买所要求的医疗保险者，学校将不予办理注册手续。

6. 被录取学生按入学通知书规定的日期持申请材料原件到河南科技大学国际合作与交流处报到，如有特殊情况不能按时报到者，需提前告知国际合作与交流处，否则逾期将取消入学资格。

Admission and check-in procedures

1. The leading group for international student enrollment, in accordance with clear and standardized procedures and rules, determines the student enrollment results according to the entrance examination or assessment results, comprehensively consider the important national and social public interests, and publicize the enrollment results. After the publicity, the international cooperation and exchange office of Henan University of science and technology will notify the international student enrollment results in writing.

2. The school will make written records and properly file important matters in the enrollment work.

3. After passing the examination, the university will issue the admission notice and the visa application form for foreign students in China (JW202 Or JW201).

4. The admitted students shall go to the Chinese embassy (consulate) to apply for a study (X1 /X2) visa in China with the admission notice, the visa application form for foreign students to come to China (JW202 or JW201), the foreigner's physical examination record, the blood test report and other materials required for the visa, Within 30 days after arriving in China, you need to go to the international student office to convert the X1 / X2 visa into a residence permit for study.

5. The Chinese Ministry of education stipulates that foreign students who come to China must buy Medical Insurance in China. For those who do not purchase the required medical insurance, the school will not go through the registration formalities.

6. The admitted students should report to the international cooperation and Exchange Department of Henan University of science and technology with the original application materials on the date specified in the admission notice. If they cannot report on time under special circumstances, they must inform the international cooperation and exchange department in advance, otherwise they will be disqualified.

2. 商学院奖学金

（1）奖励依据：商学院留学生奖学金管理办法

（2）奖励额度：22000 元/生/学年

（3）奖励名额：10 名/学年

九、学籍管理

1. 学制

工商管理硕士学位留学生标准学制为2年，最长在学年限为4年（含休学）；留学生休学期间免交学费（超出标准学制年限免交学费，无奖学金）。

2. 课业学习

攻读工商管理硕士的研究生应根据入学时制订的研究生培养方案，学习规定的课程并在导师的指导下完成学位论文。

3. 毕业与授予学位

工商管理硕士研究生在规定时间完成培养方案，考试成绩和论文答辩合格者，颁发毕业证书。

根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》，对符合条件毕业的工商管理硕士研究生授予硕士学位。

4. 学籍异动

留学生申请休学、转学、退学、改变学习专业、改变学生类别、延长学习期限和提前结业，向所在学院及研究生院提出申请，经批准后可办理有关手续。

Student status management

1. Length of schooling

The standard length of study for international students of master of business administration is 2 years, and the maximum academic year is 4 years (including suspension); international students are exempted from tuition fees during their suspension(beyond the standard length of schooling, tuition fees are exempted and there is no scholarship).

2. Schoolwork study

Graduate students studying for master of business administration should study the specified courses according to the postgraduate training program formulated at the time of admission, and complete the dissertation under the guidance of their tutor.

3. Graduation and degree awarding

Graduate students of master of business administration who have completed the training program within the specified time, and who have passed the examination results and thesis defense will be awarded a graduation certificate.

According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on academic degrees, qualified postgraduates of Master of Business Administration will be awarded a master's degree.

4. Change of student status

International students who apply for suspension, transfer, drop out, change their majors, change their types of students, extend their study period and complete their courses ahead of schedule shall submit an application to their college and the international cooperation and exchange department. After approval, they can go through the relevant procedures.
